Any item paid for in full will be immediately dispatched to you via Royal Mail. Time of delivery depends on delivery method chosen by you. Royal Mail First class aims to deliver by the next working day, Royal Mail Second class aims to deliver in three working days, and Royal Mail Standard Parcels aims to deliver between three and five working days.
Please note that we currently only ship to the United Kingdom. If you are purchasing from Europe please get in contact with us so we can arrange special delivery for you.
All items are automatically covered up to £32 against loss or damage, however higher insurance can be purchased with the Standard Parcel method of postage.
If when you recieve an item it is damaged in any way, please get in contact with us at jenny@jowcards.co.uk with details of the damage. Once you have returned the item to us (at your expense) then we will ship another one to you.
